Rules & Regulations
Prize winner(s) will be chosen at random and notified within 48 hours of contest ending.
1. THE CONTEST
These Rules and Regulations apply to all Ko Olina Resort giveaways, organized and administered by Ko Olina Resort Operators Association, Inc. (KORA).
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contests are open to current Hawaii residents and visitors who will be on the island of Oahu during the designated dates when prizes must be redeemed, but excluding employees, directors, and officers of KORA or employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
4. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING A PRIZE
The contest winner(s) will be notified by email or social media based on the type of reward created. Make sure your email and all other information requested is correct in your account settings or on the reward entry forms. The winner must claim the award within the time limit mentioned in the email we send. If the winner fails either to claim the award or inform KORA, of his or her inability to claim the award before the Deadline, his or her entry will be forfeited. Prize winners will be required to provide valid, government-issued identification when claiming a prize, failing which he or she will forfeit the prize.
5. EXPENSES
Winners are responsible for all incidental expenses incurred in connection with accepting the award. Winners understand that they may not seek reimbursement for the expenses from KORA, or their respective advertising and promotional agencies.
6. CHANCES OF WINNING
Chances of winning depend on the number of Contest Participants during the Contest Period, as specified, and/or number of qualified Contest entrants.
7. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
KORA, the artist, promoter, venue or advertiser makes no representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize. Winners understand, and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from KORA, the artist, promoter, venue or advertiser, should an award fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the winner. In the event that the contest is canceled, no substitution will be offered.
8. PRIZE TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED
The reward is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the award is offered. Should a winner be unable to claim an award as awarded, his or her entry will be forfeited.
9. SUBSTITUTION OR CHANGE TO THE CONTESTS
KORA and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute a prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same value and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice.
10. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries shall become the property of KORA. The Releases assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.
11. CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONALITY
By entering a Contest, each entrant, including the winner, consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by KORA, and it’s promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH CONTEST RULES
All contestants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of KORA.
13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the laws of The United States or any states within.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
