Community Celebration
The Aloha Festivals community celebration was held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, on the resort’s Grand Lawn near the Ulua Lagoon. The event capped a week of cultural experiences across Ko Olina and gathering kamaʻāina and visitors together for live performances, cultural demonstrations, a mākeke featuring local vendors and ʻono food.

Mākaʻikaʻi, The Art of Aulani Resort, is a guided walking tour exploring the art and cultural influences found throughout Aulani and how Hawaiian traditions, history and the natural beauty of the islands are reflected in the resort’s design and collection.
Reservations are required and can be made by calling (808) 674-6943. Onsite parking is not included, and regular parking fees apply.
Cultural and wellness activities offered during the week include ʻukulele and hula lessons, lei making, beachwalk jewelry making, canoe paddling for kids and teens, lauhala weaving and the Muhala Sound Journey for guests ages 13 and older.
