Taking it a step further for the culinary series, the Fish Sommeliers will provide an interactive experience for guests during the intimate dinner, answering questions and inviting a deeper connection to Hawaiʻi’s rich culture and expanding one’s fish knowledge beyond Hawaiʻi’s well-known staples of fish.
