Embark on an inward journey of healing, self-discovery and mindfulness with curated wellness sessions at Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina this July
This July, guests of Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina are invited to embark on a weeklong opportunity to experience mindfulness healing with Dana Childs, a globally recognized multi-talented intuitive energy healer, author, educator and the Resort’s visiting Healer-in-Residence. From July 1 to 8, 2023, Childs will offer Intentional Wellness, a curated collection of mindfulness experiences to inspire, transform, and offer renewal for Resort guests. The Intentional Wellness offerings will feature a combination of complimentary and private sessions that cover a variety of curated topics to aid in one’s overall health and wellbeing.
“We are thrilled to welcome back Dana Childs, an incredible partner to the Resort, to elevate the mindfulness and healing experience for guests to embark on a beautiful inward journey that aligns with the ethos of Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre,” notes Breege Holden, Director of Spa for Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre. “Whether experiencing a session as an individual, couple, or as a family, Dana’s extensive knowledge, expertise as an intuitive healer, and most importantly, thoughtful approach, guides each individual forward as it relates to one’s personal health, relationships, careers, and more.”
The Healer-in-Residence program features a dynamic menu of offerings including guided meditations, individual and couple energy sessions. Private guided meditative healings are also available upon request. The aim of each private session is to explore various aspects of one’s healing journey, whether it be hidden blocks to cultivating self-empowerment and rediscovering one’s authentic self.

• 11:00 am, 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm - Individual or Couples Session
An individual or couple healing session aims to achieve a more loving, harmonious connection between an individual or a couple. Dana addresses the greatest concerns (emotional, mental, physical, and/or spiritual) of the individual or couple. Using her intuitive gifts, she helps identify stagnation, misunderstandings, and misalignment while fostering a safe emotional connection and guiding both individuals towards deeper self-awareness. 50 minutes, USD 750
