Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina announces Five-One-Six, the Resort's new summer rooftop pop-up bar and lounge. Located on the Resort’s private rooftop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Five-One-Six promises an unforgettable experience where guests can enjoy signature cocktails against the backdrop of stunning ocean and sunset views.
Inspired by the allure of a speakeasy, this seasonal sanctuary offers a curated experience where guests can sip, savour, and bask in the enchanting transition from sunset to starlight during golden hour.
New summer hours and dates (July 1st to September 6th). Thursday – Saturday 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm. The bar is available to both guests and non-guests, and based on availability.
Five-One-Six will feature an enticing array of beverage options, including special Hawaiian-inspired cocktails and signature drinks, as well as a full bar to cater to every taste. Each cocktail is meticulously crafted to capture the essence of the island, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. Featured cocktails include the Lokahi with bourbon, basil, lilikoi, matcha syrup, calamansi lemon sour, and ginger beer; the HI-State Margarita with tequila, hibiscus, jalapeno, lime, agave, Grand Marnier, and hibiscus calamansi foam; and the Honey Baby with gin, pineapple, rosemary, ginger honey, lemon, and soda water.
