Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina, an award-winning resort on Oʻahu’s fabled western coastline, invites guests to celebrate Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 8, 2024, with a series of wellness-focused classes and experiences. Inspired by Global Wellness Day’s central idea of reconnecting with nature, the Resort offers a range of complimentary activities designed to promote wellness and mindfulness.
The Global Wellness Day schedule includes:
- 8:00-8:10 am - Welcome and Introduction
- 8:10-8:20 am - Grounding Meditation with Wellness Specialist Adam Brewer
- 8:20-8:30 am - Grounding Breath with Adam Brewer
- 8:30-9:30 am - Yoga Soul Class with Adam Brewer and Pi'iali’i Lawson, an ancestral and intuitive energy re-alignment healing practitioner - A soulful yoga experience that combines traditional hatha yoga, wisdom teachings, light stretching, and anchored by sound healing bowels. All levels welcome.
Surrounded by 642 acres (260 hectares) of swaying palms, warm tropical breezes and the serene turquoise blue ocean, Four Seasons presents a haven-like setting to relax, reset, and renew one’s spirit. In addition to the Global Wellness Day offerings, Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre is a haven for healing, featuring an expansive 35,000 square-foot (3,250 square metre) facility with 12 treatment rooms, 3 outdoor healing hales, steam room, whirlpool, a lap pool, zen garden, relaxation lounge, and more. Personal fitness, tennis and pickleball instruction is also available through the Resort’s Fitness Centre.
