Ten masterful chefs from around the world will gather in this gastronomic oasis to showcase dishes that pay homage to the Silk Road and the diverse cultures united by their embrace of intricately spiced dishes.
The Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival is the premier epicurean destination event in the Pacific. The Festival, co-founded by two of Hawaiʻi’s own James Beard Award-winning chefs, Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, features a roster of more than 100 internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities, and wine and spirit producers. Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival is a program of the nonprofit Hawaiʻi Ag and Culinary Alliance. Its mission is to attract national and international attention to Hawaiʻi’s extraordinary culinary talent and its diverse, high-quality locally grown products, to ensure the islands maintain their competitive edge as a world-class destination.
